ZHU Yumeng (2021 Education + AI cross-doctoral student, tutors team: Li Yan, Wu Fei, Chen Wenzhi, Zhai Xuesong), majoring in educational technology, College of Education, Zhejiang University, attended the meeting and shared on December 5th Sub-forum 2.3 How do the younger generation view the role of artificial intelligence in shaping future learning?. ZHU Yumeng first introduced the history and development status of Zhejiang University to the audience, and then, from the perspective of students, shared how Zhejiang University applied AI to empower teaching, how Wise Ocean Platform transformed AI teaching in the K12 and higher education institutions, and how AI+ X Micro-Program cultivated AI interdisciplinary talents.

When sharing, ZHU Yumeng pointed out that under the complex international and COVID-19 affairs, how to further develop high-quality education and apply technology to trigger and support innovative teaching had become a concern of diverse domains. In addition, AI was an enabling technology, and it could only exert its power when it was combined with domain knowledge. It was necessary to adjust students' training programs to promote the cultivation of AI talents. Facing the above challenges, Zhejiang University's teaching reform based on the K-CPS technical framework, the whole school period AI teaching reform based on the Wise Ocean platform; and the AI+X micro-Program innovated the AI talent training system. These three cases were all about the effective exploration of applying AI to transform teaching and support the digital transformation of education and provided answers that could be used for reference by global educational institutions.
